ATZC Retreat Cancellation Policies

In Person Cancellation

Up to 2 weeks before the retreat:  You may cancel your registration for a full refund less a $25 administration fee.

Within 2 weeks of the retreat:  You may cancel your registration for a 50% refund.

Online Cancellation

You may cancel your registration up until the day before the retreat for a full refund less a $25 administration fee.

COVID Policies

The sangha planning team plans in-person events with an abundance of care. 

Here are some notes we’d like to share with you:

We are interconnected: In order to consolidate travel, Flint typically schedules multiple retreats within the Appamada constellation of Sanghas when he travels. The care we take within our events extends as care to the broader community.  

We’ll continue to monitor local community COVID case counts and hospitalization rates, as well as accord with local and national guidance around maintaining health, and reserve the option to require masking, take other safety precautions, or move to an entirely virtual event should the need arise.

Please take precautions to ensure your own safety and that of all beings. We encourage participants to be vaccinated and boosted.  Participants are welcome to mask in accordance with their comfort level and health vulnerabilities.  

If you do not feel well or you suspect you may have been exposed to a communicable illness, please join us virtually.
